Photographers, video and multimedia artists are invited to propose their work about the theme of environment.
Artists will be selected according to the quality of their artistic practice and the relevance of their subject.
Professional, semi-professional, French or from abroad, they will, first of all, have an artistic vision on environmental stakes, whether they are:
- ecological, social, economical, urban –focused or political or,
- pessimistic or optimistic or,
- conceptual or realistic.
If you wish to benefit from the communication means set up for the pre-selection, your application should be transmitted as soon as possible before:
- March 13, 2010 for the pre-selections
The final selection which will chose the finalists among the pre-selected applicants might be managed by a comitee composed of professionals. It will take place around april 15, 2010
Your pre-selection allows you to be integrated to the global communication of the FIIE in the media and on the FIIE’s web site. It also enables you taking part into the OFF programming if your final selection is not validated.
The Black Box network will be responsible for all editing expenses, video stuff and the video montage.
Logistics, organization and communication will also be at the expenses of the festival.
The following regulations must be read and signed. It describes and defines the steps of your participation and your involvement for the FIIE. Your application is to be sent to:

Les photographes, vidéastes et artistes multimédias sont invités à proposer leurs travaux autour du thème de l’environnement.
Les artistes seront choisis en raison de la qualité de leur pratique artistique et de la pertinence de leur sujet.
De niveau professionnel ou semi professionnel, français et internationaux, ils auront avant tout une vision d’auteur sur les enjeux liés à l’environnement, qu’ils soient :
- D’ordre écologiques, sociaux, économiques, urbanistiques, politiques,
- Positifs ou négatifs,
- Conceptuels ou réalistes.
Si vous souhaitez bénéficier de la communication organisée autour des présélections, vos dossiers doivent nous parvenir le plus rapidement possible avant :
- le 13 mars 2010 pour la pré-sélection finale
LA SÉLECTION FINALE DES DOSSIERS PRÉSÉLECTIONNÉS POURRA ÊTRE PILOTÉE PAR UN COMITÉ DE PROFESSIONNELS ET AURA LIEU aux alentours du 15 avril 2010.
Votre présélection vous donne le droit de faire partie de la communication globale du FIIE dans les médias partenaires et sur le site du FIIE. Elle vous permet aussi de faire partie du OFF dans le cadre où votre sélection ne serait pas validée par le comité.
Le réseau Black Box prendra en charge tous les frais de tirages, le matériel vidéo et leur montage ainsi que leur logistique, l’organisation et la communication.
