Photographers, video and multimedia artists're invited to propose Their work about the theme of environment.
Artists Will Be Selected According To The Quality of Their artistic practice and the relevance of Their subject.
Professional, semi-professional, French gold from Abroad, They Will, first of all, HAVE year artistic vision on Environmental stakes, whether They Are:
- ecological, social, economic economy, urban-Focused Political gold gold
- pessimistic or optimistic gold
- conceptual or realistic.
If you wish to Benefit from the communication means clustering set up for the pre-selection, your application Should Be Transmitted as soon as possible, before:

The Black Box Network Will Be Responsible for All Expenses editing, video and the video editing stuff.
Logistics, organization and communication Will Also Be at the Expenses of the festival.

The artists will be selected for the quality of their artistic practice and relevance of their subject.
Of professional or semi professional, French and international, they will first of all a vision of copyright issues related to the environment, they are:
- Ecological, social, economic, urban, political,
- Positive or negative,
- Conceptual or realistic.
If you require communication organized around presets, your records must be submitted as soon as possible before:
- March 13, 2010 for pre-final selection
The final selection of screened records BE CONTROLLED BY A PROFESSIONAL AND COMMITTEE WILL BE HELD on or about April 15, 2010.
Your pre-selection gives you the right to be part of the overall communication FIIE media partners and the site of FIIE. It also allows you to be part of the OFF in your selection of which is not approved by the committee.
Black Box Network will cover all costs of print, video equipment and their installation and their logistics, organization and communication.
